Solution –

Start – Run – Adsiedit.msc clear these values

CN=Client Access,CN=“Organization name”,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=“domain”

Took backup of those values.

Cleared below Attributes from Active Directory .

Recycled – OWA and ECP pool
